Reunion with Leadership Development alumnus

CCES recently crossed ‘Zoom’ paths with Yudhi Nauly of the General Department of Customs & Excise (GDCE) of Indonesia, in the planning by GDCE of an international webinar in excise taxation.  Yudhi was a member of CCES’ Customs Leadership Development Program (CLDP) held in Canberra during 2015.  CLDP is an international program, which in 2015 included Customs officers from Indonesia and Malaysia who attended the month long course for upper middle level managers.  The program exposes students to the latest and emerging strategic developments in customs and trade policy, as well as readying these officers for future senior leadership roles in their organisations.
