Description

Customs and revenue administrations will only be able to successfully achieve their mandate through effective cooperation and information exchange. Effective trade facilitation requires seamless coordination between various government agencies, industry, and businesses, which can be difficult to achieve due to differing priorities and procedures.

CCES has invited senior representatives from the Pacific including Nancy T. Oraka-Pomoso (OCO Secretariat); Tevita Tupou (UNCTAD) to share their work, perspectives and future intentions in relation to regional cooperation and capacity building across the Pacific.
