Stuart Millen

Since leaving the Australian Customs Service Stuart has worked internationally on Customs Modernisation and Trade Facilitation consultancies in Malawi, Pakistan, Cambodia, Angola, Liberia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.

He holds a Masters’ degree in both International Customs Law and Administration and International Revenue Administration and currently lectures in the Centre’s Customs Modernisation subject.
