Stephen Morris

Stephen is a highly motivated and passionate professional with a strong background in international, regional and national regulatory affairs, business development, stakeholder management, policy development and implementation. He has in-depth knowledge of international trade and regulatory affairs with commercial background gained in the public and private sectors.

As a director of several international, regional and national non-governmental entities, he has represented those bodies at entities such as the United Nations, World Customs Organization (WCO), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and in other international and regional fora. He has had extensive dealings with customs administrations including United States Customs and Border Protection, and others within the European Union and work with the European Commission, in particular DG TAXUD.

Stephen holds a Master of Justice and other qualifications in law, accounting and international trade. In his roles at the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA), the International Federation of Customs Brokers Association and the Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia Inc. (CBFCA), he has represented the interests of service providers in international trade logistics and supply chain management with a variety of regulatory agencies.
