Dr Pichai Chonviharnpan

Pichai is a senior economist with the Thai Excise Department, within the Ministry Of Finance, working on excise tax policy development projects as well as revenue forecasting.  Dr Pichai’s particular expertise is in the field of alcohol tax modelling.

He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Canberra, where he also lectured for the Faculty of Business, Government and Law.
