Andy Johnson

Andy teaches and consults in the Border Management environment following 37 years with Australian Customs. Andy has conducted training and consultancy services in maritime enforcement, risk management, intelligence, investigations, border protection and operational management in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Pacific and Australia. He holds a Master’s Degree in Maritime Studies and is a Visiting Fellow to the University Of Wollongong.

Andy lectures in the CCES post and under graduate courses, and is the author of the Maritime Enforcement Masters and the UG Border Agencies and Principles of Border Management subjects.
