Namibia Customs Officers Graduation

On 7th September a graduation presentation ceremony was held in Windhoek, Namibia, for 34 Namibian Customs and Excise Officers studying with the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies. Presenting their awards was Professor David Widdowson, along with Ms Ericah Shafudah, the Namibian Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance. CCES wishes to congratulate all of our August 2016 graduates.
