Lorima Vosa is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Consultant at the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies. He lectures in the Centre’s academic programs and conducts training and assessments in our vocational offerings while also being involved in a range of academic and vocational development work. He has some 36 years’ experience in Customs and related border management, including 28 years with the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority. He holds graduate and postgraduate qualifications in International Customs Law and International Revenue Administration and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Lorima has a wide range of specific skills and knowledge in the area of Customs and has worked with the World Bank, ADB, AUSAID, WCO, GIZ, DHL, CCQ and the OCO in preparing and delivering training and running specific projects as a consultant on various Customs reform and modernisation programs in the Asian and African continents, the Middle East and the South Pacific islands.
