The Pacific Customs Management Program (PCMP) is an intensive three week program hosted by the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service and conducted by the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CCES), University of Canberra. The program aims to provide participants with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge across a range of disciplines that are directly relevant to the role of providing effective leadership at the operational level and to the management of a modern customs organisation.

PCMP 2012 commenced in Canberra at the CCES on 31 October with participants from the following Pacific nations – Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, Tonga, Vanuatu, Australia and a representative from the Oceania Customs Organisation.
